We want everyone to be able to use the Handy Andy website, including the Handy Andy Pros signup and pro account pages.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. In practice, that means:
- every form field has a visible label;
- everything works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline;
- text has strong contrast against the background;
- pages work when zoomed to 200% and on small phone screens;
- images that carry meaning have text alternatives.
If something doesn't work for you
Email support@handyandy.app, or write to Retrify Holdings LLC, PO Box 154, Windsor, CA 95492. Tell us the page and what went wrong. We'll help you finish what you were doing another way, for example signing up for Handy Andy Pros by email or phone, and we'll fix the page.
Known limits
- Photos and videos in repair requests come from homeowners and don't have captions or descriptions. The written description and the Handy Andy diagnosis cover the same repair in text.
- Card entry for lead fees uses Stripe's payment form, which follows Stripe's own accessibility standards.
