Your next job arrives already diagnosed.
Homeowners use Handy Andy to figure out what's broken. When the fix needs a licensed pro like you, you get their photos, video and a plain-English diagnosis before you ever pick up the phone. Take the jobs you want. Pay only for those.
We're opening Handy Andy Pros to a small group of licensed contractors in each area. Apply, and we'll check your license and get back to you personally.

Why join
Know the job
before you drive out.
No more driving across town to quote a job you could have priced from a photo. You see what the homeowner sees, so your time goes to the jobs that fit your business.
The whole job, up front
You get the homeowner's description, photos and video, what Handy Andy diagnosed, how soon they need it, and the typical price range for the whole job, parts and labor. Fewer wasted estimate trips, fewer surprises when you get there, and all of it before you spend a dollar.

It's yours if you take it
Up to three pros see a request. Accept first and you're the one who gets the homeowner's details. The others aren't charged.
Pass on anything
No quotas, no minimums. Passing is free, and it never affects the requests you get later.
Your business, your price
You quote, you contract, and the homeowner pays you directly. We never set your prices and never take a cut of your job.
How it works
From their camera
to your calendar.
Three steps. You only pay at the second, and only if you decide the job is for you.
-
01
A homeowner scans the problem.
They point their phone at what's broken and Handy Andy diagnoses it. When it's a job for a licensed pro, they ask us to find one near them.
-
02
You get the request.
By email and in your pro account, or by text if you opt in. Open it to see the full job packet and the exact fee, then accept or pass.
-
03
You reach out.
Accept first and the homeowner's name, phone, email and address appear in your pro account. Reach out within two business hours and you're already ahead.
Fees
You pay for the jobs you take. That's it.
The fee depends on the size of the job, set by the top of its typical price range (the whole job, parts and labor). You see it on every request before you accept.
Your first accepted lead is free. One per business, whatever the job size.
You're never charged for requests you pass on, that expire, or that another pro takes.
Wrong number, can't reach them, outside your trade or area, or a duplicate: you get a credit under our Lead Credit Policy.
If fees ever change, you'll hear from us by email at least 30 days ahead, and you can leave instead.
Who it's for
Licensed.
Insured.
Local.
We're starting with a small group of California contractors in three areas and adding more as homeowners there ask. If you work here, we'd like to hear from you.
To join, you'll need
- An active California contractor license (CSLB) in the trades you want requests for
- A current certificate of general liability insurance
- To be 18 or older and able to sign up for your business
Trades we send
We check every license with the CSLB and confirm your identity before your account goes live.
Straight talk
We'd rather you know
what to expect.
Some homeowners are still comparing options, and not every request turns into a job. We don't promise any number of requests, jobs or income. What we do promise: you'll see the job before you pay, you'll never be charged for a request someone else accepted, and declining never counts against you.
Why is it invite-only?
We're launching with a small group of licensed pros in each area, and a person checks every license and identity before an account goes live. Apply and we'll get back to you personally.
When am I charged?
Only when you accept a request, and only after you've seen the exact fee on it. Your card is charged before the homeowner's contact details appear. Requests you pass on, that expire, or that another pro accepts are $0.
Is this a subscription or a contract?
No subscription and no membership fee. You join by accepting the Pro Partner Agreement, and you can close your account anytime from your pro account page. Fees for leads you already accepted still apply.
How many other pros get the same request?
Up to three at a time. The first to accept gets the homeowner's contact details, and everyone else sees that it was taken. If nobody accepts, we may offer it to more pros, with the homeowner's OK.
What if the lead is no good?
If the number is wrong, you can't reach the homeowner after three tries over 72 hours, the job is outside your trade or area, or it's a duplicate or fake, claim a credit within 14 days. We decide every claim within three business days, and a person reviews it. See the Lead Credit Policy.
Where does the price range come from?
It's Handy Andy's software estimate for the whole job, parts and labor, based on what the homeowner showed us. It's informational, not a quote. You set your own price.
Do I have to reply by text?
No. Requests come by email and show up in your pro account. Texts are optional, and you can switch them off anytime. See our text message terms.
Will homeowners see me as "Handy Andy"?
No. You're an independent business. You work under your own name and license, and the homeowner hires you directly.
Less guessing.
More of the jobs you want.
Handy Andy Pros is invite-only while we launch. Apply in about five minutes with your CSLB license number and insurance certificate, and we'll be in touch.
